Patrick grew up in Portland, Oregon surrounded by a family rich in artistic interest and talent, with family members practicing as sculptors, architects, painters, and animators. Continuing in this family tradition, Patrick attended the University of Notre Dame for a Master of Architecture degree and was the recipient of the 2015 Ferguson and Shamamian prize for design excellence. In addition to his interest in design, Patrick also has a passion for working with people and spent two years teaching high school at an underserved rural school prior to earning his Master’s in Education from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
